Step 1: Ingredients & Target Baseline
Begin by adding ingredient nodes to your workspace. Import active substances (APIs) and excipients from our B2B database or create custom materials. Specify target concentrations (mg or %). The system automatically loads critical physical profiles, including bulk, tapped, and true skeletal densities.
Step 2: Interactive Blending & Flow Simulation
Connect ingredient nodes to the Blending Node. As you slide concentrations, the calculation engine dynamically computes the blend's bulk properties (Carr's Index and Hausner's Ratio) to 4 decimal places. The expert rule-based compatibility engine monitors 35 chemical classes, warning you immediately of potential conflicts, such as Maillard browning or alkaline oxidation.
Step 3: Compaction & GMP Documentation Export
Route the blend to the Tablet Press Node. Choose die shapes (round, oval, capsule) and target dimensions. The simulator computes recommended tablet weight, volume, and porosity. Once validated, click to generate a secure, GMP-compliant PDF report detailing calculation logs, safety warnings, and CDMO transfer details.
